Ensley Alexis Grainger is an attorney-at-law and former senior police officer whose life reflects discipline, service, and commitment to justice. A lifelong resident of St. Michael East, he brings deep community understanding to public life.

He served over three decades in the Royal Barbados Police Force, rising to Station Sergeant and earning respect for integrity and professionalism. His experience as a court prosecutor inspired him to pursue law, recognising the need for balanced justice and rehabilitation.

Ensley earned his law degree from the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School and was called to the Bar in 2020. He now operates a general law practice with emphasis on criminal law.
