Dr. Rolerick Hinds is a medical doctor, educator, and community leader with deep roots and a strong commitment to the people of St. Thomas. Educated at The Lodge School and the University of the West Indies, he holds degrees in Biology and Chemistry, Medicine (MBBS), and a Master’s in Public Health. His career spans teaching at the Barbados Community College and secondary schools, service in the public sector, and medical practice at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, polyclinics, and as a Family Medical Doctor.

Dr. Hinds has served as President of the Grantley Prescod Primary School PTA, Deputy Chairman of the Deighton Griffith School Board, and Chairman of a Democratic Labour Party constituency branch. Actively involved in sport, culture, and community development, he is also the founder of St. Thomas On The Move, the parish’s first Fore Day Morning band.

Married with five children, Dr. Hinds stands ready to serve, bringing experience, care, and people-focused leadership for St. Thomas and Barbados.
