After being called to the Bar Rasheed established his own legal practice, Belgrave Chambers out of a belief in self-reliance and entrepreneurship. He then chose to pursue legal studies abroad due to limited opportunities, returning home as a qualified barrister determined to serve his country.

That experience informs a practical, results-oriented approach to public service. Beyond the courtroom, Rasheed is deeply involved in sport and community life. A former youth national footballer, he currently serves as President of the Wotton Football Club, using sport as a platform for mentorship and positive youth development.
