Pedro Greaves is a community leader, and sports administrator with more than twenty years professional experience. His leadership is defined by accountability, steady management, and service. Pedro serves as a Regional Manager in the financial services sector, with experience spanning finance, marketing, digital transformation, and governance. He brings a results-oriented approach grounded in transparency and sound decision-making.

He has contributed extensively to sport and youth development, serving as a Director of the Barbados Cricket Association and as a Shareholder Representative to Cricket West Indies. Within the BCA, he has chaired committees focused on women’s cricket, education, and athlete development.

Pedro has also served in community organisations including the Parish Independence Committee and Wildey Sports Club. His service has been recognised with the Pride of Barbados Award.
