About Nathaniel
Nathaniel Wesley Boyce is an educator and community advocate with over seventeen years of experience in teaching and youth development. Raised in St. Michael, his leadership is shaped by discipline, service, and lived experience.
A trained graduate teacher, Nathaniel has served for over sixteen years at Luther Thorne Memorial Primary School, where he is known for innovation, advocacy, and commitment to student wellbeing.
An accomplished former athlete, he represented internationally on scholarship and brings resilience and teamwork to leadership. He has coached multiple sports and founded youth development initiatives, including an award-winning 4H club.
Nathaniel has also served as President of his school’s PTA and as an Executive Member of the Barbados Union of Teachers, advocating for safer schools and better conditions. He stands ready to serve with steadiness, integrity, and a people-first approach to governance.

My vision is a constituency where communities feel protected and life feels less stressful. My team and I will focus on crime reduction, affordable living, better services, and opportunities for young people so families regain peace of mind.
