Educated locally and professionally trained in the United States in Funeral Directing and Mortuary Science, Ian returned home to continue his family’s legacy. Following the passing of his father, he assumed leadership of the family business, strengthening its role as a trusted community institution.

His professional life has instilled a deep appreciation for dignity, empathy, and care—values that define his leadership style. Beyond his profession, Ian has contributed extensively to sport and civic life, serving as President of the Youth Milan Football Club and as an administrator in motorsport. He currently serves as President of the Barbados Association of Funeral

Directors, working to elevate standards and ethics within the industry.
