Damien Fanus is an attorney-at-law with experience across law, education, sport, and youth development. His leadership is shaped by discipline, professionalism, and a strong belief in service.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School, Damien has practised in both private and corporate legal environments, advising on civil litigation, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. His work reflects attention to detail, ethical judgment, and accountability.

Beyond the law, Damien has served as a physical education teacher, athletics administrator, and semi-professional athlete with the Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme. These experiences reinforced his belief in teamwork, discipline, and youth empowerment as foundations of national development.
