Dale Rowe is a financial advisor and community advocate whose work is rooted in helping people build stability, confidence, and opportunity. Dale brings to public life empathy, persistence and a clear understanding of the challenges facing ordinary Barbadians.

Dale knows firsthand what it means to grow without advantage and to make the most of every opportunity. That perspective has informed his approach, which focuses on practical solutions that help individuals and families overcome barriers and build confidence. He received the Valedictorian Award from the Barbados Youth Service, an experience which strengthened his leadership values, integrity, and sense of responsibility.

Professionally, he has used financial literacy and planning as tools for empowerment and long-term security, launching a non-profit initiative aimed at addressing key community challenges and supporting individuals seeking to improve their life.

His believes that when people are given the right tools and support, they can change the course of their lives. Outside of public life, Dale enjoys family time, volunteering and sports. He stands ready to serve with humility and purpose focused on building stronger communities.
