Born in Singapore and shaped by over twenty years as an insurance professional, this candidate brings a people-centred, solutions-driven approach to leadership. His interest in politics began early, inspired by the shared nation-building legacy of Barbados’ Errol Walton Barrow and Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew, whose principles of discipline, unity, and long-term vision continue to guide his thinking.

Driven by a deep love for people and a commitment to service, he believes leadership is about helping communities grow from block to business, from idea to enterprise. This philosophy is reflected in the work of the T.O.U.C.H. (Together Our Unity Can Help) Foundation, which focuses on youth development, digital inclusion for seniors, active ageing, and empowering the differently-abled.

The Foundation also advances economic opportunity through green initiatives using

hydroponics and aquaponics, creating jobs, reducing crime, and building a sustainable local economy. His vision is for Christ Church West to become a model of unity, innovation, and shared prosperity.
